On the heels of the provincial election last month, it’s more important than ever to raise your voice and have a say in the future of the healthcare system in Lanark County. As a key part of that system, Mississippi River Health Alliance (MRHA) wants to  directly from members of the public as they plan for the future.

Established in 2016, the MRHA represents Almonte General Hospital, Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital, Fairview Manor and the Lanark County Paramedic Service.

Whatever your affiliation with the MRHA, be it a patient, staff member, service provider or other, your input will be implemented while they shape their comprehensive strategic plan for the next five years. This plan will be formulated to ensure the MRHA hospitals and healthcare services meet the needs of the community.

To share your thoughts, you can complete a 10-15 minute online survey, which is completely anonymous and handled by a third-party consultancy. The deadline to complete the survey is April 6, 2025.
