The streets of historic downtown Perth will come alive again this September with music, magic, and community spirit as the beloved Perth Night Market returns for another year.

Set for Saturday, September 13, 2025 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., the event promises an immersive experience that blends local artisan markets, live entertainment, and late-night ambiance — all under the glow of downtown Perth’s vintage street lights.

According to a release from the Town of Perth, over 120 vendors are ready to line the streets, showcasing handcrafted goods and unique artisan creations. Local shops and boutiques will keep their doors open late to join the festivities, welcoming thousands of local and out-of-town visitors for the evening.

“The Perth Night Market is one of those events that really shows off what makes Perth special,” said Kathryn Jamieson, the Town’s Manager of Tourism and Culture. “It brings together the creativity of our artisans, the talent of our performers, and the warmth of our local businesses.

Guests hungry for dinner can grab takeout from local eateries or settle into one of Perth’s downtown pubs and restaurants, all while enjoying the sounds of live music performers that are scheduled throughout the event.

“Whether you’re visiting for the first time or returning for another year, there’s something magical about seeing our downtown lit up and alive with people,” shared Jamieson.

To help ease traffic congestion and make the event more accessible, a free shuttle service will be running from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., offering pickups and dropoffs from designated parking areas around town including:

  • Algonquin College
  • Last Duel Park
  • Giant Tiger

There will also be several road closures in the downtown core to ensure pedestrian safety and comfort. For more event details and updates, visit: perth.ca/nightmarket
