Bridge Street Summerfest to take over downtown Carleton Place later this month

Downtown Carleton Place will once again transform into a bustling hub of shopping, entertainment and family fun later this month as Bridge Street Summerfest returns for another year.

The family-friendly annual event will take place on Saturday, July 25, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., inviting residents and visitors to experience everything the town has to offer during one of the community’s signature summer celebrations.

The event has become a summertime tradition in town, drawing shoppers and visitors to Bridge Street to showcase the businesses, restaurants and community spirit that make Carleton Place a popular destination throughout the year.

According to an update by Downtown Carleton Place and Carleton Place Tourism, Summerfest will once again offer a full day of entertainment, local shopping, food and activities designed to appeal to all ages such as a family fun zone and free face painting from A to Z parties.

Live entertainers will include Ringmaster K, Steve Goodtime, Bella Magic & Sky the Guy as well as a performance from the Cordillera–Northern Philippines Cultural Dance Group.

More information will be provided by Downtown Carleton Place closer to the event.
